Jim has called the Cowichan Valley home for many years. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Michigan, he gained diverse experience in rehabilitation, personal training, gym ownership, coaching, and becoming a certified Hanna Somatics practitioner. Most recently, Jim graduated from the highly respected West Coast College of Massage Therapy this past August.
With over 20 years of varied experience, Jim takes a holistic approach to health, wellness, and rehabilitation, crafting tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals. Roly is a Registered Physiotherapist with Competency Certifications in Vestibular Rehabilitation (Emory University) and Advanced Vestibular Rehabilitation (AIB). Roly only sees and treats people with dizziness, either from vestibular disorders, or concussion injuries. At 18, she moved to Vancouver and studied in the Intensive Training Program at Harbour Dance Centre.
